Insurance
We accept almost all PPO insurance plans, and we also accept Pacific Union HMO. To verify whether we accept your insurance plan, please feel free to contact our office. If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will have reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies include a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Please remember that insurance policies vary and our team will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once you have started treatment, we will be happy to file your claims for you. To help us, please bring your insurance card to your initial visit. If your benefits change during the course of treatment, the financially responsible party will be accountable for all charges.
